And one can understand why with savings of up to 70 percent on goods from department and chain stores like Sears, Macy's, Target and Best Buy. Malls such as the Beverly Center, the Citadel, the Grove and Third Street Promenade will no doubt be pure insanity. There are also some small, independent boutiques that are holding Black Friday sales this year, like Runway Boutique.

While some parts of LA will be a mad house, there is no Black Friday in Beverly Hills. Although plan to see some luxury brands with some small type of discount.
